Dutch Company, Porting Access BV, has been selected to manage the number portability platform, and according to Mr. Paulwell, "they are going to be up and running for the 31st of May, 2015."
He said a commitment had been secured from Cable & Wireless (parent of LIME) "out of the agreement that we had with them for the merging with Flow, and Digicel has been on board."
