It's being reported that a high performance team, which includes Kings Counsel Denise Kitson, business development specialist, Courtney Brown and business transformation expert Dionne Gordon has been assigned to advise the board of Pulse Investments.
The team has been tasked with, among other things, advising the board on successfully diversifying the company's asset base from its heavy concentration in real estate.
Pulse Investments has assets of J$12 billion, of which $8.42 billion or 71 per cent is tied-up in real estate, which cannot be sold quickly, leading to low levels of cash flow.
