The company is partnering with financial security solutions firm ECHE to come to the local market.
ECHE's CEO, Lititia Myers Gray, says it is a strategic move, as the cash transportation industry requires disruption, especially in light of recent security challenges.
Amalgamated' Executive Chairman, Dr. Michael Aboud, who is also the newly appointed Chairman of ECHE, says the company always looked at Jamaica as a market rife with opportunities.
The company is set to compete with firms like Beryllium, which have faced challenges in the last few months, due to attacks on their trucks transporting cash.
