Tyrone Wilson
Tyrone Wilson has resigned from the board of One on One.
Tyrone Wilson had served as a director on the board of the company since August 2013.
A release from the board says Mr. Wilson notified the company of his resignation after which the board of directors met and accepted his planned departure.
Mr. Wilson's resignation took effect today.
One on One says it will consider a new board replacement to complement its directorship, which includes: Chairman Michael Bernard, Directors John Bailey, Dr. Carol Granston, Mrs. Karen Vaz, Mr. Ricardo D. Allen (Managing Director), and Mrs. Mischa McLeod-Hines.
One on One adds that it continues to be mentored by Mr. Douglas Orane.
Its Company Secretary is Ms. Nicola Foga.
