A St. Andrew parish judge on Tuesday started hearing a bail application for the three men accused of stealing more than $100 million from the accounts of debit and credit card holders.
Prosecutors have opposed the application.
The men are accused of stealing the money by rigging Automated Banking Machines (ABMs) across the island.
The hearing, which was part-heard, will continue on February 13.
Andre Harvey, who is the alleged mastermind of the scam, former district constable Romaine Strachan and Kevar Calbert, were charged last month following an investigation by the Counter-Terrorism and Organised Crime Investigations Branch (C-TOC).
The men were arrested in Hanover on November 28 after they were reportedly caught rigging an ABM at a supermarket in Green Island.
Investigators say the men were seen placing a skimming device in the machine.
It is alleged that they were also installing secret cameras used to capture Personal Information Numbers.
Financial institutions have been warning their customers to be alert when transacting business at ABMs.
