The Dominica Public Service Union says it is seeking a 10 per cent salary increase for workers over the 2018-2021 period.
Thomas Letang, the union's general secretary, says the proposal has been submitted to the government.
Last year, public sector workers received two months' salary as a one-off payment for arrears after the union concluded talks with the government.
