Dr. Carlton Davis
Dr. Carlton Davis, OJ, CD, has been appointed Ambassador and Special Envoy in the Office of the Prime Minister (OPM)
He will provide support, advice and perspectives to the Prime Minister in the area of Governance.
Dr. Davis will also advise the Prime Minister on macro and micro-economic policy issues, the bauxite/alumina and energy sectors, economic and political relations.
Dr. Davis, who served as Cabinet Secretary and Head of the Jamaca Civil Service between 1993 and 2008, is an internationally renowned authority on the bauxite and alumina industry.
