INDECOM probing fatal shooting of six men by police

 
The Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) says it is probing the circumstances of three incidents which resulted in the fatal shooting of six men.
 
The incidents occurred on May 7 in St. Catherine and May 8 in Kingston and Westmoreland.
 
Four men were killed in the Kingston incident, during a reported gun battle in downtown, in the vicinity of Orange Street.
 
INDECOM says it was not informed of a body worn camera being issued, assigned or used, in any of the incidents.
 
Year to date, fifty people have been shot and killed by the security forces.
