INDECOM [Independent Commission of Investigations] is probing another fatal shooting by the police.
Orlando Waite, 27, otherwise called 'Garth' and 'Bulbi', of Lease Land, Kingsland district in Manchester, was shot dead, reportedly during a confrontation with the police Tuesday morning.
The incident occurred about 2:30.
The police say a Smith & Wesson .38 revolver was seized.
