The St. Mary Police have arrested a licensed firearm holder following allegations that his gun was used to commit a crime in the parish last month.
Radio Jamaica News understands that the businessman was taken into custody on Monday by detectives probing the shooting of a man in Gayle.
A second suspect has also been arrested.
It's reported that a jerk vendor was at his stall when a man walked up and shot him several times.
The vendor survived the attack.
