Michael Lorne's attorney, Bianca Samuels
The Court of Appeal on Friday ruled that Michael Lorne be reinstated as an attorney.
He was disbarred in 2017 by a disciplinary panel of the General Legal Council following a hearing into a complaint regarding the sale of a property in Kingston.
Mr. Lorne appealed the decision in 2019.
His attorney, Bianca Samuels, told with Radio Jamaica News the court apologised for the delay in delivering the judgment.
Mr. Lorne will be able to resume his legal practice next year.
