Three of five persons shot on Molynes Road in St. Andrew on Monday morning have died, the incident resulting in significant disruption of traffic at the start of the work week.
The police processing the murder scene closed the section of Molynes Road between the Cassia Park intersection and Tarrant Baptist Church.
Radio Jamaica News was informed that five persons were shot and three have been confirmed dead.
Superintendent Winchester Watson from the Public Safety and Traffic Enforcement Branch said motorists should expect delays and seek alternative routes to minimise inconvenience.
