NCB working to resolve online platform woes

National Commercial Bank (NCB) says all the problems resulting from its online platform upgrade should be resolved by the end of  next month.

Senior General Manager of  Corporate, Commercial and Consumer Banking at NCB, Brian Boothe, says customers should begin seeing improvements by next week.

Last month, thousands of  people were unable to receive their salaries and conduct transactions following an upgrade to the online platform.

This month, some customers still complained that their salaries were deposited late.

NCB has committed to paying the late fees incurred by its customers on loans, credit cards, and utility payments as a result of  the technical issues with its online platform.
