Last week, the court was told that a bus driver who reported that he was being extorted was shot dead at the Spanish Town bus park on Burke Road.
The police witness said seven spent casings were retrieved from the scene.
This is the second time in a week that a member of Jamaica Constabulary Force has told the Home Circuit Court that evidence cannot be found.
On Tuesday, another police witness in the trial revealed that photographs taken at a murder scene on Chancery Street in St. Andrew in August 2017 cannot be accounted for.
The detective constable said she took photographs and collected spent casings but disclosed that something went wrong with the hard drive.
The constable told the court she could not recall who she gave the compact disc which contained the photographs.
