Public Defender Arlene Harrison Henry has expressed concern about increased reports of abuse by members of the Jamaica Defence Force.
Speaking Thursday on Radio Jamaica's talk show programme, Hotline, Mrs Harrison Henry said her office is still monitoring reports about alleged abuses by soldiers in areas where states of emergency have been declared.
But she said there are now increased allegations against soldiers involved in the SOEs all across Jamaica, which has caused even more concern.
