The security situation at the Princess Margaret Hospital in St Thomas remains unresolved.
Security guards employed by Atlas Security Company at the facility have been off the job since Saturday in protest against non-payment of wages.
Radio Jamaica News understand that the guards have not been paid for seven fortnights.
Melecia Linton, Chief Executive Officer at the hospital, told Radio Jamaica News that the administration is working with the security company to have the most critical areas covered.
She said services at the health facility remain available to members of the public.
