Transport operators who ply the Discovery Bay to Browns Town, Falmouth and St Anns Bay routes withdrew their service on Monday morning, parking their vehicles in Discovery Bay in protest.
The operators have for several weeks been displaced after they were forced off a private property operated as a gas station.
Within another three weeks they were again locked out of an adjoining private property.
The operators were then moved to a designated piece of land owned by Noranda Bauxite company, but they are now saying that the land is too small to accommodate the more than 300 operators.
One taxi operator, Wayne Brown, told Radio Jamaica News that the location was unsuitable.
Another operator, who does by "Dangles" declared that they were now being "pressure by the police.
