The St. James mother accused of throwing her five-month-old daughter from the roof a three storey building last year, is to return to court on January 24, 2025.
Shamoya Green, who is not fit to plead, was further remanded when she appeared in the St. James Circuit Court on Tuesday.
When the matter was called up, the court was informed that additional time is needed for an updated fitness to plead report to be prepared.
The previous report had revealed that Ms. Green is suffering from psychosis as a result of seizure.
It's alleged that on December 6, 2023, she threw her child from the third floor of a building during a dispute with her common-law husband.
The child was later pronounced dead at hospital.
