Two charged in connection with seizure of counterfeit goods in Kingston

A man and a woman have been charged with breaches of the Trademark Act following Wednesday morning's operation by the Counter-Terrorism and Organised Crime Branch (C-TOC) at a warehouse on Slipe Road in Kingston.
 
Thousands of counterfeit shoes, valued at more $30 million, were seized from two shops. 
 
Victor Barrett, Assistant Superintendent of C-TOC, Radio Jamaica News the early morning raid was carried out with the assistance of the Financial Investigations Division (FID).
