Two victims die in Mocho shooting

 
The Clarendon police say they have not yet determined the suspects behind Saturday night's mass shooting in Darlow district in Mocho.
 
Six people were shot, two fatally, when armed men opened fir on a crowd of persons at a shop sometime after ten o'clock. 
 
Superintendent Carlos Russell, head of the Clarendon police division,  told Radio Jamaica News that investigators are searching for clues which could lead them to the suspects.
 
He said no motive has yet been established for the attack.
 
Investigators reported that several persons were gambling at a shop in the community when men traveling in a white Toyota Probox motor exited and opened fire. The men then made their escape.
 
Police were called and several persons who were found with gunshot wounds were taken to the hospital.
 
Erwin Wright, 37, and construction worker, 24-year-old Jason Lewin, both of Darlow in Clarendon, died of their wounds.
 
The other victims, sustained bullet wounds to the upper body and have been hospitalised.
