But a double strike from Romain Gall in the 33rd and 70th minutes condemned Jamaica to a costly defeat, which leaves them on one point from 4 matches.
Group leaders Panama secured their place in the last four with a 1-0 win over Trinidad & Tobago, which extended their perfect run in the qualifiers, while Guatemala blanked Aruba 2-0.
