Sean 'Diddy' Combs
Rap mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs is facing a third sexual assault lawsuit after being sued by a woman who says he drugged, sexually assaulted her after a date in 1991.
The plaintiff says she later learned he secretly filmed the encounter and showed it to a number of people.
Mr. Combs recently settled a sexual assault suit brought by R&B singer and former partner Casandra "Cassie" Ventura. Ms. Ventura accused him of rape, domestic abuse and sex trafficking for over 10 years.
The latest legal action came hours before the close of the one-year window to sue under the New York Adult Survivors Act - which allows alleged victims of sex crimes to sue after the statute of limitations has lapsed. The "lookback window" closes today, November 24.
