Eppley reports year-end profit after tax of J$1.7 billion

Eppley is reporting profit after tax of J$1.7 billion for the year ended December 31, 2025, up from J$1.48 billion the previous year.

Gross investment income climbed to J$1.48 billion, reflecting growth in loan and lease income, higher asset management fees, and a full year of rental income following the 2024 consolidation of the Eppley Caribbean Property Fund.

Net investment income rose sharply to J$770 million from J$459 million a year earlier, even as interest expenses increased due to consolidated debt obligations.

At year end, Eppley managed a diversified proprietary investment portfolio valued at approximately J$23 billion across finance, real estate, infrastructure, and asset management platforms.

The company also reported more than US$177 million in third-party capital under management, generating roughly J$377 million in fee income for the year.
