Eppley Limited will redeem its Cumulative Redeemable 7.25 per cent Preference Shares, known as EPLY7.25, on August 17, 2026.
The company says trading in the preference shares will be suspended at the close of business on August 12, with August 13 set as the record date.
Eppley has also applied to the Jamaica Stock Exchange to have the preference shares de-listed following their maturity on August 17.
The company says all redemption payments will be made to shareholders through the Jamaica Central Securities Depository.
