St. Lucia has become the fifth location for Jamaican business process outsourcing company, Itelbpo Smart Solutions.
On Wednesday, Itelbpo Founder and Chairman, Yoni Epstein, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Invest St. Lucia to begin operations in the south of the island.
Itelbpo operates eight facilities in four countries – Jamaica, The Bahamas, Mexico and the United States.
