The Listing Committee of the Jamaica Stock Exchange has approved FosRich's application for a supplemental listing of 55.7 million ordinary stock units that were issued pursuant to the Company's Rights Issue.
The New Ordinary Shares will commence trading tomorrow.
The New Ordinary Shares will be the same as all the Company's Existing Ordinary Stock Units.
Effective tomorrow, the total issued ordinary stock units of FOSRICH listed on the JSE's Junior Market will increase to 5.78 Billion shares.
