The JSE Index declined by 3,013 points on Wednesday, while the Junior Market Index declined by 94 points.
There was trading in 102 stocks, of which 29 advanced, 60 declined and 13 traded firm.
FosRich Company was the volume leader with 40 per cent of total volume.
