By Kimone Witter

Kacey-Ann Blair, who is accused of killing her husband Constable Damien Blair, was remanded when her case was again mentioned in the Home Circuit Court Monday morning.

Mrs Blair is scheduled to return to court on November 9.

Her attorney Tamika Harris says the forensic psychiatric evaluation report that was ordered was presented to the court.

Ms Harris had previously informed the court  that her client had been receiving psychiatric treatment at Mandeville Regional Hospital prior to the murder of her husband.

The accused woman, who spent 13 days in hospital after the murder, was at the time of the incident, found locked inside the couple's house in Manchester with what appeared to be self-inflicted wounds to her wrist.

Mrs Blair is facing charges of murder, unauthorised possession of firearm and ammunition.
