Flair Airlines launches inaugural flight to Montego Bay

Flair Airlines has launched its inaugural flight to Montego Bay, further strengthening air connectivity between Canada and Jamaica and expanding the carrier's presence in one of the Caribbean's most popular tourism destinations.

The new service makes Montego Bay the second Jamaican destination on Flair's route network.

Maciej Wilk, Chief Executive Officer of Flair Airlines,  said the addition of Montego Bay reflects the airline's focus on providing reliable, and affordable travel.

He noted that Flair has long-standing ties to Jamaica and is pleased to deepen connections between the two countries.

Tourism Minister Edmund Bartlett welcomed the new route, describing it as timely, with Jamaica entering the peak winter travel season.

He said the additional airlift is particularly important as the country continues to rebound from the recent hurricane, helping to support recovery efforts and maintain strong visitor access to the island.
