Israel's president has defended the strike on Hamas leaders in Doha, Qatar on Tuesday, saying sometimes it's necessary to "remove" people who won't make a deal.
Isaac Herzog was speaking after meeting UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer in London - a meeting Herzog called "frank" and "tough".
Qatar's government is looking to hold Benjamin Netanyahu responsible for breaking international law by attacking its capital
But the Netanyahu says Israel was "fully justified" because it targeted Hamas leaders who organised the October 7, 2023 attack.
