James Golding has been appointed the new head of the Island Special Constabulary Force (ISCF). His has been appointed a new head by Commissioner of Police, Owen Ellington.
is to officially take up the appointment on October 7 when the current Commandant, Osmond Bromfield, completes his pre-retirement leave. However, Golding will act as ISCF Commandant in the interim.
James Golding enlisted in the ISCF in 1981, rising to the level of Deputy Commandant in charge of Metro Operations. He also served as general manager of the Transport Authority from 2006 to 2007, while on secondment from the ISCF.
