The general area in which the JDF helicopter made an emergency landing
A Jamaica Defence Force helicopter made an emergency landing this afternoon in the Dunbeholden area of St. Catherine.
Radio Jamaica News was informed that the pilot, who was the sole passenger, was not injured.
It could not be ascertained if the helicopter was damaged.
It's reported that the crash occurred about 2 o'clock.
A Radio Jamaica News correspondent went to the area, however, soldiers denied him access to the scene.
Officials of the JDF could not be reached for a comment.
