A man was shot dead by gunmen at Rousseau Primary School in Kingston on Friday morning.
He has been identified as 36-year-old Deshawn Newry, a taxi operator of a Barbican Road address.
Investigators say about 8:55 a.m., Mr. Newry dropped off his daughter at the school located along Ricketts Crescent.
He was returning to his vehicle when he was attacked by a gunman who shot him multiple times.
The gunman then made his escape in a waiting grey Toyota Probox motor car.
Mr. Newry was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Another taxi operator was killed in a similar manner while dropping off his daughter at the same school on October 14.
