A suspect who was being sought for a double murder committed in St. Mary, last year, was found murdered in Annotto Bay on the weekend.
He's 22-year-old Lamar Hunter, otherwise called 'Tubby', a resident of Juno Pen in Annotto Bay, St. Mary.
Investigators reported that residents of Juno Pen heard gunfire in the wee hours of Saturday morning and called the police.
Mr. Hunter's body was found with multiple bullet wounds.
The police reported that Hunter was being sought in connection with a triple shooting in Dover district in July last year.
Two men, Maurice Forrester and Michael Harris, were killed in that incident.
The third victim was hospitalised.
