No aid arrives in northern Gaza since deadly Israeli strike

No aid trucks have entered northern Gaza since an Israeli strike killed seven aid workers on Monday.

Pressure is growing on the UK government to suspend arms sales to Israel.

Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has called for an independent investigation into the attack, but stopped short of saying arms sales should end.

Meanwhile, World Central Kitchen founder José Andrés accused Israeli forces in Gaza of targeting his aid workers.

Israeli economy minister Nir Barkat said it was "nonsense" to suggest Israel would deliberately do so.

Some charities have paused operations since the strike, increasing fears of starvation.
