Several people were injured after a public passenger bus crashed along the Portmore Toll Road on Thursday morning.
Radio Jamaica News was informed that sometime after 7 a.m., a yellow coaster bus was travelling from Portmore, when on reaching the vicinity of the wharf, the vehicle went over the guard rail and overturned in bushes.
Motorists assisted in removing the shaken passengers, including children from the vehicle.
The injured persons were taken to Kingston Public Hospital.
The cause of the crash has not yet been determined.
