Two charged following cocaine seizure in Manchester

Two suspects who were arrested on Sunday in possession of more than $10 million worth of cocaine in Mandeville, Manchester, have been formally charged.
 
Businessman Sheldon Cameron 53, and businesswoman Nicola Munroe, 52 - both of Greenvale Road - were charged on Tuesday by the narcotics police.
 
Cameron and Munroe were arrested along the Greenvale main road, when members of the Narcotics Police Division intercepted a vehicle with the two.
 
Following a search of the vehicle, 2.3 kilogrammes of cocaine was discovered hidden under the driver's seat.
 
The cocaine has a street value US$70,000 or J$11 million.
 
Cameron and Munroe are booked to appear before the Manchester Parish Court on Wednesday, February 21.
