The Trinidad & Tobago Police Service said a man is due to appear in court this week charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking following one of the country's biggest drug hauls last week.
A police statement said Keon Aberdeen has also been charged with possession of a firearm and ammunition.
Mr Aberdeen was arrested in connection with the cocaine seizure last Thursday when officers of the Special Investigation Unit received intelligence and proceeded to intercept a motor vehicle.
