Radio Jamaica Sports has been reliably informed that veteran high school track and field coach Neil Harrison will be returning to coaching in South Western Jamaica for the start of the new school year.
It's understood that Harrison who left Jamaica College recently, will be heading to St Elizabeth Technical to take over as head coach for the boys’ programme.
Harrison who spent 4 years at Jamaica College and guided them to the "Champs" title in 2021, was informed in May that his contract at the Old Hope Road-based school would not be renewed.
Prior to joining Jamaica College in 2019, Harrison was head coach of Kingston College from 2014-2018. He also did two stints totaling 15 years at Munro College, guiding the Malvern-based school from 1997-2014.
Dwayne Jarrett remains head coach for the girls programme at St Elizabeth Technical.
