Jamaica's Reggae Boyz have moved up two places to number 53 in the world in the latest FIFA rankings released on Thursday.
The Reggae Boyz who begin their Copa America campaign on Saturday against fellow CONCACAF team Mexico, are coming off recent wins over the Dominican Republic and Dominica in the World Cup qualifiers.
Jamaica is the 6th highest ranked CONCACAF team in the rankings. The USA remain the highest ranked CONCACAF team at 11th, while Mexico fell one place to 15th.
Panama moved two places up to number 43, while Canada moved one spot up to 48th and Costa Rica are ranked at number 52.
World champions Argentina remain at number one ahead of France, Belgium and Brazil who moved one place up to 4th and England who fell one place to 5th.
