More struggles for Jamaica at World Aquatics Short Course Swimming Championships

Jamaica continues to have a tough time at the World Aquatics Short Course Swimming Championships in Budapest, Hungary.

The country had to settle for 6th in heat 2 of the 4x50m mixed freestyle relay with a time of 1 minute, 39.51 seconds for 25th overall.

Canada won the heat in a minute, 30.23 seconds and went on to finish second in the final behind Italy. 

The championship continues on Saturday when Nathaniel Thomas goes in heat 6 of the men's 50m freestyle. His race gets underway at 4:25 am.
