Trainer Gary Subratie landed the exacta in Saturday's feature Bonnie Blue Flag Trophy for Open Allowance runners over 9 furlongs and 25 yards at Caymanas Park.
Subratie's vastly improved 5 year old chestnut horse Sentient with Dane Nelson aboard, duly justified his 2-5 favouritism with a three-quarter length victory over stable companion Crimson.
Meanwhile, veteran trainer Fernando Geddes landed a double on the programme, with the first of his two winners, Lightening McQueen in race number two bringing up his 100th career victory.
Dane Nelson who rode Lightening McQueen and Dick Cardenas shared the riding honours with two wins each. Racing continues on Sunday with an 11-race programme starting at 11:30 am.
