The BET Awards will move forward with its 2020 edition on June 28 as, but virtually.
The network is celebrating its 40th anniversary, and the Awards show's 20 years on the air.
Nominations for the awards will be announced at a later date.
However, the three-day BET Experience, which usually takes place in Los Angeles as a lead-up to the big night, has been called off due to the COVID-19 pandemic and will return in 2021.
The BET Awards celebrates achievements in music, television, film, sports and philanthropy.
