Former JBC broadcaster Easton Lee dies

Former broadcaster, actor and theatre director, Rev Easton Lee, has died. 
 
The 89-year-old died Monday morning in Florida after a short illness. 
 
Lee worked at the former Jamaica Broadcasting Corporation, where he maintained a high standard of excellence as an announcer.
 
He was also a public relations consultant.
 
Lee was born in Wait-a-Bit, Trelawny on February 19, 1931.
 
He spent his early years in Siloah, St. Elizabeth and attended Siloah Primary, Duncans Primary and Windsor High schools.
 
Lee was also part of the Caribbean Thespians Dramatic Society, establishing himself as a major acting talent.
