There is a new leader atop the Wray and Nephew Jamaica Premier League (JPL) after Waterhouse FC eked out a 0-0 draw with Portmore United at Ferdi Neita Park. Waterhouse displaced Montego Bay United at the top moving to 21 points. Portmore sit in third place on 20 points.
Elsewhere, Humble Lion and Dunbeholden could not break each other down as they played to a 0-0 draw at the Effortville Community Center.
Dunbeholden are in 7th on 13 points, while Humble Lion sit right above the relegation zone on 9 points.
In a game where former leaders Montego Bay United were looking to extend their lead at the top former champions Mount Pleasant FC had other ideas, as they put three unanswerd goals past their opponents at Drax Hall Sports Complex.
Daniel Green opened the scoring for mount pleasant in the 16th minute. Kimoni Bailey added the second for Mount Pleasant in the 48th before Raheem Edwards closed out the win with his strike in the 70th minute.
In the late kickoff at the Stadium East Field, Tivoli Gardens hammered Harbour View 6-0. Kavan Wilson led the way for Tivoli with a double.
