Convicted reggae singer Jah Cure is to remain behind bars following his court appearance in a Dutch court yesterday.
The True Reflection singer was sentenced on March 22 to six years in prison, for the attempted manslaughter of a concert promoter in October last year.
The court has decided to keep Jah Cure in detention to continue serving his sentence.
Dutch law states that a judge should decide every 90 days on the continuation of the incarceration.
The 43-year-old, born Siccature Alcock, will face his next court appearance on November 1.
