Gio Mar Mitchell, the 17-year-old son of dancehall singer Wayne Marshall, yesterday released his debut EP For Love, Songs under his own production company, GioVio Productions.
The project features four singles and is a unique blend of R&B, Hip Hop, Reggae, and Pop genres.
Giomar says his inspiration behind the project was to create a body of work that would showcase being hurt, confused, and revived by love.
All the songs were written and produced by the talented teenager, who also played an integral role in the mixing and mastering process.
Giomar was first bitten by the music bug with his feature on Wayne's hit single Stupid Money.
He went on to release his debut single Growing Up So Fast in September last year.
For Love, Songs is available on all the major music streaming platforms.
