The Vivion Scully-led Agro Investment Corporation (Agro-Invest), the investment facilitation arm of the Ministry of Agriculture, Mining and Fisheries, says it has embarked on a drive to identify, reclaim and repurpose underutilised assets in its portfolio.
Agro-Invest also stressed that, as a result, it will be seeking to regularise tenure arrangements, rehabilitate and retrofit properties which are in a state of disrepair, while seeking investors to lease and operate storage facilities.
