Ian Chinapoo has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Guardian Holdings.
His appointment take effect October 1.
Mr. Chinapoo has resigned as Executive Vice President and Chief Group Financial Officer of Massy Holdings, effective September 30.
He will also resign as director of Massy's Board of Directors.
