iCreate acquires ownership of Ideas Execution Limited

Digital media and edu-tech firm iCreate, has acquired 100 per cent ownership of branding & trade marketing company Ideas Execution Limited.

The agreement was announced today.

iCreate CEO Tyrone Wilson says the acquisition fits squarely within its Merger and Acquisition strategy toward building out its vision as a leader within the creative and digital economies in Jamaica and the wider Caribbean region.

The agreement will see Ideas Execution founder Kevin Frith become a top-10 shareholder in iCreate and a strategic investor.

Frith said the company had a proven track record of maximizing the visibility of major brands.
